Il Gruppo Archeologico \u201cCitt\u00e0 di Chiusi\u201d coglie l\u2019occasione dell\u2019odierna ricorrenza per presentare un prossimo lavoro imperniato su una serie di letture,\u00a0 che saranno disponibili a breve sul sito, sui possibili intrecci culturali e personali tra Immanuele Romano (Manoello Giudeo) e Dante Alighieri, due poeti \u00a0che con diversa fama furono protagonisti della cultura del Trecento condividendo il comune destino di esuli.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ANTEPRIMA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Come quello che stiamo vivendo, il XIV fu un secolo di grandi eventi e trasformazioni, di opere straordinarie; vide il Grande Giubileo dell\u2019Anno Trecento e le citt\u00e0 italiane in piena ascesa economica arricchirsi di monumenti come il Duomo di Orvieto, il Palazzo Pubblico di Siena, il campanile di Giotto e svelare al mondo i capolavori dello stesso Giotto, di Giovanni Pisano, di Pietro e Ambrogio Lorenzetti, di Simone Martini, di Lorenzo Maitani e, nel campo letterario, di Dante, Boccaccio e Petrarca; ma fu anche il secolo della tragedia immane della Peste Nera e della profonda crisi demografica, sociale ed economica che ne deriv\u00f2, con fenomeni drammatici d\u2019intolleranza e di fanatismo estremi.<\/p>\n

\"\"Strage degli Ebrei – Giacomo Avanzi<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

A gettare luce sugli anni di questo secolo furono personaggi famosissimi come gli artisti, gli scrittori e i poeti citati, ma anche figure\u00a0per quanto di alto livello\u00a0misconosciute, per vicende particolari o perch\u00e9 le loro opere provenivano da un ambiente di nicchia e di nicchia era la lingua in cui si esprimevano. Appartiene a quest’ultima categoria Immanuel ben Shelomoh<\/em> da Roma, forse il pi\u00f9 grande poeta espresso dagli Ebrei italiani, noto anche come Manoello Giudeo<\/em> e Immanuele\u00a0Romano<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Si discute se sia stato amico di Dante e sicuramente ne fu grandissimo ammiratore, a lui vicino per statura etica e apertura ideologica; come lui scrisse un poema avente per tema analogo viaggio dall\u2019Inferno al Paradiso ed ugualmente fu costretto all\u2019esilio, durante il quale come Dante fu ospite per un periodo della corte veronese di Cangrande della Scala.<\/p>\n

La vicenda di un altro Cane (\u201cAghostino Chane<\/em>\u201d, facoltoso usuraio della Firenze di fine Trecento) offrir\u00e0 spunti per chiarire\u00a0la figura del padre di Dante, che il poeta lascia sempre nell\u2019ombra.<\/p>\n
